Time and Stress Management

The clock is ticking, and it ticks for exactly 168 hours each week. Every person has the same amount of time, yet some people accomplish much more in that time, while others accomplish very little. Priority management is the answer. Once individuals understand how to properly prioritize all of their activities into “imperative” and “important” lists, procrastination will be a thing of the past.

Stress is a natural product of attempting to manage our priorities. It often comes from the physical effort of multi-tasking. But it can also be mental or emotional, as part of problem solving and decision making.  This program will offer tried and proven techniques to combat distress; techniques that teach participants proper relaxation exercises to make it easier for them get through their busy days.
