Dina Loomis is a woman whose life has been transformed by the power of speech. She is also a woman of many “firsts.” She is the first female Philippine District Governor of Toastmasters International, the first Filipina member of the Association of Image Consultants International, the first Filipina internationally recognized professional speaker and trainer, and is the founder and president of the first speakers bureau in the Philippines, the South East Asia Speakers and Trainers Bureau, Inc.

With more than 20 years’ experience in coaching and training, Dina is one of the country’s sought-after platform speakers on personality development, image enhancement, communication, leadership, values formation, customer service, as well as sales and marketing. 

She was trained and mentored by Dottie Walters of Walters International Speakers Bureau of Glendora, California, U.S.A. and by Carla Mason Mathis of Body Beautiful, a U.S. image consulting firm. Dottie mentored her on professional speaking and training and guided her in establishing the first speakers and trainers bureau in the Philippines. His love for adventure and outdoor activities makes him the resident teambuilding expert. He facilitates various outdoor activities such as military simulation, adventure challenge, survivor challenge, and problem-solving outdoor games. 

Dino has conducted workshops and seminars for some of the country’s leading private companies such as Ayala Property Management Corp., BPI, MERALCO, Green Cross, Unilab, Wyeth Philippines, and many others. His government clients include the House of Representatives, PNOC EC, DOH, DOST, NEDA, FDA, and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

A graduate of the University of the Philippines, Dino is a member and former Area Governor of the Philippine Toastmasters District 75. He holds the distinction of having won two national level speaking contests: the Impromptu Speaking Contest and the Speech to Evaluate Contest.

Ma. Lourdes R. Cervantes

Malou is an HR and Organizational Development practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in helping clients achieve their maximum potential and meet business objectives. 

She started as a Training Consultant with John Clements Consultants, Inc., then later set up her own training and consulting firm. She performed full training services such as training needs analysis, design, conduct, and evaluation of training. Her clients range from telecommunication companies to banks and financial institutions, to Business Process Outsourcing companies, and even broadcasting networks.

Malou gives back to society by providing free training and coaching services to the members of her Christian community. 

Malou has a degree in Political Science from St. Theresa’s College and has been a member of Toastmasters International where she became a National Speech Contest Champion. She also serves as a regular guest speaker at various civic and professional associations and has guested in several radio and TV shows where she served as resource person on HR and OD topics. As a certfied life coach, she was tapped by DZRH as resident life coach of its very popular radio show, ruth abao live, Tuesday edition. DZRH has also given her own radio show, "Mag-usap Tayo," which air every Sunday from 1:00-2:00 P.M.

Abraham A. Gudmalin

Abe is an experienced SEO Specialist/Web Developer, who has personally led over 20 projects for his previous employer, covering traditional usability research, project design, and strategic efforts focused on internet marketing and Search Engine Optimization.

He also developed a map-based information website of Philippine public schools called It provides information on the services and facilities being provided to public schools. The site allows users to provide information about their schools, send feedback, share comments, and post photos and videos, thus facilitating interaction among users.

Abe's areas of IT expertise cover computer/network/web administration, content management systems, website design/development,  Search Engine Optimization, PPC(pay per click) / email marketing, photo/video editing, and conducting technical trainings on Excel Data and Creative PowerPoint Presentations.

During his free time, Abe enjoys surfing the web for new technologies, and he also renders volunteer service to their church’s teaching ministry.

Sylvia, or Sylvs to family and friends, has over fifteen years of extensive events management and corporate communications experience with various service industry pioneers and leaders. This, coupled with her vibrant personality and excellent communication and leadership skills, had amply prepared her when she decided to go full-time into training and consultancy work.

She is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in B.S. Business Management, major in Legal Management and minor in Marketing, Industrial Psychology, and Foreign Languages.

She is a TESDA-certified trainer for the English Language and Finishing Course for Call Center Agents.  She is also the Speakers Bureau’s expert on Events Management and is one of its most sought-after Oral and Written Communication Skills trainers.

On the side, she is a freelance special events and wedding planner, a bead jewelry and home accessories designer, a multi-media commercial talent, and an outdoor travel planner.  She is also into bird watching and is an active environmentalist.

Victoria Abraham
Associate Trainer/Consultant

Her training in the sciences started with her acceptance into the prestigious Philippine Science High School where her love of research was cultivated. At the same time, she trained under the late artist Ibarra de la Rosa as she pursued painting in oils and watercolors.

Her love for the arts started with a passion for dance. A ballet student of the Edgar Valdez American Ballet, she later trained in Modern Jazz with the Douglas Nierras Powerdance Company, performing most notably for the company’s 10th Anniversary concert.

Victoria’s love for the arts moved her to designing fashion apparel. While working with the Department of Health, she started her Vicky Santos line of clothing that she marketed to close friends. In 1990, she established the North Road Boutique with designers Delby Panaguiton Bragais, Bessie Gaw Cruz (+) and Jinny Sim Azarraga. She later designed for Rustan’s, Robinson’s, Black Shop, Sari-Sari, and Vida Doria, among others.

When she retired from designing, she refocused her creative passions to be in the corporate world of Telecommunications. Her proposal to Smart Telecommunications resulted in the launching of Smart Money, which later gave the telco giant an international award for innovation. In 2002, she was asked to manage her husband’s advertising photography studio and proceeded to expand this to include a creative design studio.

During this time she created marketing collaterals for Philippine International Furniture show at the World Trade Center and other prestigious multinational firms. In 2010, upon the invitation of Delby Bragais, she explored the world of Image Consulting and found it to her liking and proceeded to pursue her certification in the field. Her styling skills have landed her clients like the Genting Club and Shangri-la. Victoria, the passionate multi-disciplined woman that she is, has recently concluded her course in Coaching to Excellence with New Ventures West (USA).

Tina Marie T. Calderon
English Language Consultant

Tina Calderon graduated from the University of the Philippines - Diliman with a degree in B. A. in English Studies: Language. She is currently completing her masteral degree in the same field, likewise at UP-Diliman, where she also taught English for nine years at the college of Arts and Letters. She read and reviewed several publications and co-authored two books namely: “Encounters: Mastering English Through Content” and "The Write Way: Academic Writing for College Freshmen." She also co-authored the online publication entitled "Principle of Nonintervention in Subject-Verb Agreement."

Outside the academe, she does training and consultancy work in the area of communication and helps her participants improve, particularly in their business writing skills.


Ma. Celeste F. Coscolluela
English Language Consultant


Celeste Coscoluella is a multi-awarded writer, having garnered one Free Press Literary award, three Don Carlos Palanca Memorial awards, and two recognitions as Fellow for Fiction, one given during the Iligan National Writers Workshop and another during the UP National Writers Workshop.

Cel graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines-Diliman with a B.A. in English Studies: Creative Writing. Later, she pursued and completed her M.A. in Creative Writing with flying colors, also at UP-Diliman. Her great command of and technical knowledge of the English language, combined with her highly personalized and gentle approach to teaching, make her an in-demand trainer/consultant of the Bureau.

Sandra Nicole C. Roldan
English Language Consultant

Sandra Nicole Roldan is another UP-Diliman-bred writer/trainer in the Bureau roster. She graduated with honors with a degree in B.A. English Studies: Creative Writing. Later on, she pursued further studies and completed her M.A. in Creative Writing from the same university.

Sandra is a prolific writer contributing to publications such as Seventeen Magazine Philippines. She also shared her poetry to Kulturang Kalye 2003 and The 2nd Philippine International Performance Art Festival, and has a published poetry book, “The Man Who Wasn’t My Father.”

With her mastery of the English language and her experiences with training, she helps her participants appreciate writing and put professionalism in their written communication.

Ms. Aida Valles, author of the book, “Organizing the Files and Piles of Your Life,” is the Office and Records Management expert of the Bureau. Her extensive Office and Records Management knowledge and experience has made her one of the local experts and has brought her to several assignments abroad such as in Beijing, China; Suva, Fiji; and Samoa.

Her academic background (A.B. English and M.A. in English Education), coupled with her teaching experience in some universities and her active involvement with the Toastmasters International, has certainly prepared and inspired her to go into training and consultancy work. Aside from Records and Information Management, she also teaches Effective Business Writing and Office Administration. 

Victoria A. Crisostomo

Vicky Crisostomo’s 30 years of work experience spans several industries, from food manufacturing, packaging, advertising, to real estate and others. Through all these years she was able to hone her knowledge and skills in the field of corporate communication and training.

Her niche is in internal communications, with expert skills in preparing communication plans, top-level business correspondences, speeches and reports, newsletters and other print media, and proposals and concept papers. In training, her expertise is in designing modules and conducting sessions on various business communication skills, specifically, basic grammar, business writing, technical writing, and others.

She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Arts and Letters, major in Communication Arts. She also completed courses such as: the Asian Institute of Management’s Basic Management Program, the Asian Institute of Journalism’s Corporate Communication Series, the Communication and Social Marketing Program of the Philippine Business for Social Progress ' Communication and Social Marketing Program, and the University of Asia and the Pacific’s Entrepreneurship Development Officer’s Course.

All of these trainings and experiences make Vicky a true source of vast knowledge and skills, and, all of these, she gladly imparts to her participants as she helps them become better communicators.

Bobbie is one of the HR and OD Consultants in the Speakers Bureau roster. Her fields of expertise cover the following: OD and Transformational Management; Learning and Development; Management Development and Leadership Development; Performance Management System; Job Evaluation and Analysis; Values Education and Enrichment; Interviewing, Public Speaking and Presentation Skills; Newsletter and Journal Writing; and Research, Creative Writing and Editing.

She worked for some major corporations as HR Manager for almost 20 years and has rendered consultancy work for both gov’t agencies and private organizations since 1997.

She is an active PMAP (People Management Association of the Phils.) member and has served the association in various capacities such as board of director (2002, 2004, 2005); PR and Publicity Chair, PSOF (2008-Present); Editor-in-Chief, Publications (2012-present); Program Chair, Luzon Summit (2006, 2007, 2010); and many others.

Bobbie is an AB Psychology graduate of UP Diliman and has both a Diploma and a Masters in Industrial Relations at the same university. She is an active Rotarian, a former Toastmaster, and renders service to the Couples for Christ ministry.

Ma. Priscilla Wong

Priscy has been a Human Resource practitioner for the past 32 years. Her HR journey had been and continues to be enriched as she has had the opportunity of serving various companies in different industries as HR Head as well as provided her consultancy services to clients for their organizational development and training requirements.

For 15 years, she was part of the HR team of one of our leading local banks, Bank of the Philippine Islands. She also headed the Human Resources Department and was part of the executive team of some companies in the real estate industry as well as some multinational companies in the manufacturing, and marketing and distribution industries.

As Head for Human Resources in the companies which she served, she experienced implementing organizational development interventions. Some of her accomplishments are implementing HR policy revisions and installing or improving the HR processes, handling labor relations, performance management system, succession planning, installation of a new payroll system, conducting organizational climate surveys and training and development interventions especially for key positions.

Cherry Joy V. Jimenez
Image Consultant and Make-up Artist

CJ is professional freelance Make Up Artist and an active member of the Association of Image Consultants International - Philippine Chapter, where she serves as committee member. As Associate Trainer of the Speakers Bureau, she is under the mentorship of Ms. Dina H. Loomis and Mr. Dino Santos.

CJ acquired her Make Up Artistry expertise through stringent trainings under Suesh and Laura Mercier (for Basic and Advanced Make Up); Maquillage Professional (Make up For Ever); Modern Academy for Make Up (for Photography, Bridal, Avant Garde and High Fashion); and Kryolan Philippines (for Airbrush Make Up).


Jose "Che" F. Lejano, M.D.

Che, as he is fondly called by colleagues and friends, is a medical doctor by profession who has found his niche and real love in the world of commercial photography and the different forms of mass media like print, TV and radio doing varied functions such as producing, directing, hosting, news reporting, creative writing, column writing, and editorial writing.

A man of many talents and skills, he has also done consultancy work for government agencies and private organizations mostly in the areas of speech writing, media relations, public relations, and marketing.

Che is currently the Producer of the TV show, "Late Night with Jojo A" on ABC 5. He is also the Creative Director, Writer, and Photographer of Menu Magazine.

With his expertise on body language, projection and image enhancement, and print and video modeling, Speakers Bureau considers him a welcome addition to its roster of associate trainers/consultants.

Che is an active member of the Association of Image Consultants International - Philippine Chapter and the Rotary Club of Manila Bay.

Noel P. Mojica
Systems and Business Processes Consultant

Noel P. Mojica is a 1982 B.S. Management and Industrial Engineering graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology. While working in the private sector, he pursued and finally earned his M.S. in Industrial Engineering at the University of the Philippines in 1991.

His over 25 years of work experience in the various areas of industrial engineering, management information system, information technology, and systems and processes with reputable companies such as PLDT, Eastern Telecoms, and TPG Corporation, has provided him the depth of knowledge and skills to be an effective consultant in his field of expertise.

Being a firm believer and practitioner of time management, for several years, he successfully juggled work and his Associate Professorial stint at his alma mater, Mapua, where he taught Operations Research, Management Science, and Senior Projects/Practicum subjects.

His soft-spoken, practical, and interactive style of teaching so greatly endeared him to his students that, even after college, some of them have maintained contact with him and consider him as their friend, mentor, coach, and adviser.

Noel is a member of the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers (PIIE) and is one of its certified Professional Industrial Engineers.


Orlando P. Tugob
Finance & Accounting and Communication Skills Consultant

Orlando “Orly” P. Tugob, a CPA with more than 20 years of banking experience, was Vice President for Trust Banking of Asia Trust Bank. After working and training in the US, he returned as a Training & Management Consultant, Facilitator, and Resource Lecturer on various topics gained from his years of management experience in the fields of banking and finance, mortgage and loans, trust and fiduciary relationships, and negotiating to resolve conflicts.  He uses a variety of fun and experiential training modes to engage his audiences.  

He is a USAID certified trainer in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. As a banker, he had participated in negotiations for bank mergers, business acquisitions, and commercial loans packaging.

He has also attended training in Strategic Human Resource Transformation & Organizational Development from HR Mega Guru, Dr. Rothwell of Pennsylvania State University. 

He taught negotiation skills, conflict resolution, technical report writing and effective oral communication at the Training and Doctrine Command School of The Philippine Army and PNP Training School for Values and Leadership. He is currently affiliated with Speakers Bureau as Associate Trainer/Consultant, conducting training programs like Effective Negotiation Skills, Conflict Resolution, Fundamentals of Supervision and Leadership, Accounting for Non-Accountants, Teambuilding, etc.

Orly represented the Philippines for two consecutive years during the Toastmasters International Speech Contests held in San Antonio, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.  He ranked third among the contestants from all countries outside the United States. 

Ruel Crisostomo Barte

Ruel Barte or “Bart” as he is fondly called by associates and friends, is a professional trainer and motivational speaker whose public speaking and training skills were honed from a combined twenty-year experience as former corporate trainer, former college instructor, current associate trainer, and current church pastor.

As one of the Speakers Bureau’s in-demand trainers, he conducts and/or co-facilitates training programs such as Building the Winning Team, Presentation Mastery, Confident Public Speaking, Project Your Best Voice, and Training the Trainers.    

As Senior Pastor of five Abundant Life Churches, he has found his life’s purpose and calling. He provides spiritual and pastoral leadership and serves as the congregation’s chief administrator. His speaking and training skills make him a very effective pastor as he preaches, teaches, and leads the church members as well as trains and disciples new members for the ministry.

He was once the General Manager of Digiprint, an LBC company, which, during his term, was a new entrant in the digital printing industry. He was responsible for its successful entry into the highly-competitive industry by designing innovative products and services and creative and effective marketing strategies.

Bart is an AB Mass Communications graduate of the Philippine Christian University and has a Civil Service eligibility.

Alfred is the Managing Director of of his own accounting consultancy firm and, on the side, he also teaches Accounting subjects in a Metro Manila college.
